I offer preferential rates for companies. The costs may be borne in full by the company, only in part or remain payable by the employee. In this case, each participant pays for his session on the day of the coaching. Contact me for a personalized quote!
Workout from your workplace
The comfort of a lesson without having to move. The sessions can be carried out directly on your premises, outdoors and even in Visio! I adapt the training according to the space, the weather, and the equipment available.
Fitness sessions can be booked on an ad hoc basis or as part of a regular schedule. Choose from 30, 45 or 60 minute classes. All training is adapted to the level and ability of each, to guarantee a successful experience for everyone.

The Goals
The purpose of a corporate fitness session is to clear the mind, to allow employees to take time for themselves, to let off steam and to create a bond.
The fitness objectives are defined during the first session according to the profiles.

The session takes place in 3 stages: warm-up, intensive course and stretching. Whether you have a suitable room or not, the sessions adapt to your constraints. It is possible to train outside if your environment allows it. Very little equipment is required: participants will simply have to bring a towel and a change of clothes.

SCHEDULE
Aware of the time constraints related to sport in the workplace, I adapt my sessions to the schedule of the participants. Sessions of 30, 45 or 60 minutes, during the lunch break, before or after the working day... Everything is done to allow participants to enjoy the benefits of a coach without time constraints.

In the field of fitness and coaching for more than 10 years, I breathe my passion for sport, health and well-being to all my members.
When it comes to training and nutrition, it is my principle to try everything I recommend myself before applying it in my sessions.

Having worked for years in a club, I am used to dealing with all types of profiles and groups, and am as comfortable in personal coaching as in group lessons.
