Who am I ?
I have been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years and for the past 2 years I have dedicated my experience to the well-being of my clients.
As a qualified fitness educator, I teach different types of activites (hypopressive gym, pilates, yoga as well as all forms of muscular reinforcement).
I put my experience at the service of individuals and groups, beginners or experienced.
I offer personalised, progressive programmes adapted to the needs of each individual.

Classes
Pilates / Yoga
Pilates and Yoga aim to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Perfect for people who are stressed and/or sitting all day.
Hypopressive
To relax the diaphragm, reduce intra-adbominal pressure and improve posture. Ideal for post-partum rehabilitation or deep strengthening.
Hiit
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), a training style for participants who are looking to work on their cardio, stay fit get maximal health benefits in minimal time.
Dance
Ideal to let off steam while working on your physical condition. Zumba, house, hip-hop fot a fun, high-energy workout experience. Step/aero to work on memory and coordination.
