How are the sessions organized ?
the material
For most of my classes, no specific material is required.
I move around with fitness accessories as needed (elastics, skipping rope, mats, small dumbbells...).

venue
I come directly to your home.
It is also possible to carry out fitness coaching sessions outdoors (beach, parks, etc.), subject to good weather of course.

SCHEDULE
The sessions are booked in advance, according to your availability.
The number of sessions per week will depend on your needs and the goal you want to achieve.
My Rates
Home coaching sessions are offered to you at the price of
37 euros per hour. The first session is free.

Save money by treating yourself to a pack of 5, 10, 15 or 20 sessions.

Do you want to be accompanied? I offer coaching with personalized support for up to 4 people.
For sessions of 4 to 30 people, kindly refer to the group section.
